Gedrag is dé succesfactor om mensen in beweging te krijgen
Intenza is gespecialiseerd in het creëren van beweging naar nieuw gedrag. Jarenlange ervaring bij top bedrijven (groot en klein) levert het bewijs dat focus en regie op gedrag zorgen voor beweging, meer energie en een beter resultaat. Zowel bij individuen, teams en dus de hele organisatie.
Bewust en onbewust gedrag
Gedrag is in onze overtuiging dus dé succesfactor. Wetenschappelijk onderzoek toont aan dat slechts 5% van ons gedrag bewust is. 95% is dus onbewust gedrag. Dit onbewuste gedrag wordt beïnvloed door prikkels uit de dagelijkse (werk)omgeving (bron: Dr. Ben Tiggelaar e.a. gedragswetenschappers). De meeste trainingen en opleidingen zijn ‘5% interventies’ die vooral leiden tot ‘gelegenheidsgedrag’ tijdens de training of interventie.
Intenza gelooft dus in het creëren van ‘gewoontegedrag’ en ontwikkelt hier programma’s voor zodat managers handvatten aangereikt krijgen om de 95% te mobiliseren. Het resultaat is dat er duurzaam ander gedrag wordt gerealiseerd in plaats van gelegenheidsgedrag.

Gewoontegedrag is het gedrag dat je van nature makkelijk vertoont. Bij de interventies door Intenza ligt de focus dus om van het ‘nieuwe’ gedrag ook daadwerkelijk gewoontegedrag te maken. Zodat je het als het ware onbewust gaat uitvoeren.
Gedrag is het beste te omschrijven als de waarneembare interactie van een individu met de omgeving. Ons gedrag is een essentieel en integraal onderdeel van wie wij zijn. Veel van dat gedrag is waarschijnlijk ‘aangeboren’, het zit in onze genen. Gedrag is de universele taal ‘hoe iemand doet’.
De prikkels uit de dagelijkse werkomgeving vergroten het rendement van een trainingsinterventie enorm. Intenza heeft ervaren hoe belangrijk de rol van de manager is in de realisatie van het gewenste gedrag. Enerzijds door voorbeeldgedrag, anderzijds door het gewenste gedrag te ‘regisseren’.
